Media Accreditation

Festival d’été de Québec – July 9 to 19, 2026

As the number of accreditations is limited, submitting this accreditation form does not guarantee approval of your request.
Please note that having covered the Festival in the past does not guarantee accreditation in 2026.
Freelancers – The editor-in-chief of the publication you work for must submit the request on your behalf.
Radio – Only on-air staff during the Festival are eligible for media accreditation. The station director must submit the request for journalists and hosts wishing to attend the Festival.
Web Media and Blogs – A limited number of accreditations is available for web media and blogs. Please provide as much detail as possible about your outlet, your social media presence, as well as your past and planned Festival coverage.
Photographers – Access to the photo pit is restricted, and only requests from major media outlets will be considered. Only professional DSLR-type cameras are permitted, and no video cameras are allowed. Official Festival photos will be available for download the day after each show.
Restrictions regarding photo, audio, and video capture will be communicated by the Festival’s press relations team prior to each performance.
The Festival is not responsible for the accreditation policies of certain artists. It is possible that Festival accreditation may not be valid for certain shows and that additional accreditation may be required. You will be informed if this is the case. For this reason, it is essential to provide an email address that you check daily.
At all times, the use of cell phones for image capture is strictly prohibited in the photo pit and/or media areas.

Important: Only one designated representative must submit the request for all members of the media organization. Please avoid submitting multiple requests for the same outlet. You will be able to submit detailed requests for each representative once your media outlet has been approved.
